In a top-secret security military base, a scientist is trying to make a time machine.  
“Is the time machine ready?” says the person.
“It is, but, there’s some risk,” says the scientist.
“We haven’t evolved without risk,” says the person.
Meanwhile, Silver the Hedgehog is delivering pizza from Pizza Hut.  He was returning to Pizza Hut, for a job well-done.
“Well, you did a good job,” says the manager.  
“Oh, it was nothing.  The smile of the people is all the reward I need,” says Silver.
Silver says good-bye to the manager.
“Hard to believe he’s from the future,” says the manager.  
Silver is flying to the town, and goes to his home. “Ah, this place is so peaceful!” says Silver.
Meanwhile, the secretaries of war are having a meeting with a man named Kraus.  
“I have discovered a way to restore America’s safety.  I created a time machine that we will use to destroy our enemies before they can come to Earth,” says Kraus.
“Do you know what the risk is?” says one of the secretaries of war.
“The risk is too high if we don’t do anything,” says Kraus.
“If we ever use this time machine, it will affect the present!” says another secretary of war.
“If we do this, we’ll never worry about the Autobots, the King of Mobius, and especially the Cornerian Army.
“Look, if we go through with this, the Cornerian Army will find out!  So, this time machine is out of the question,” says one of the secretaries of war.  And with that, the meeting ended.
“They’re all cowards!  Don’t they see? Humanity didn’t get this far without any risk!  How else would we get to the moon?!” says Kraus.
Another person comes to him.  “So sorry about what happened,” says the person.
“It’s fine.  Say, do you want to do something for me?” says Kraus.
“Of course,” says the person.  The two men go to Kraus’s laboratory.
“Behold, this is my time machine,” says Kraus.  
“Is it done?” says the person.
“It’s not yet done.  I need some Guinea pigs,” says Kraus.
“And where are the Guinea pigs?” says the person.
Kraus pushes the person inside the time machine.  He turns it on, and the person disintegrated.
“Hmm, needs some more tests…” says Kraus.  
Meanwhile, Silver is looking at the sun.  Then he gets a call from Charles Xavier.  
“Silver, I need your help,” says Charles.  
“What is it?” says Silver.  
“There’s someone who’s making a time machine,” says Charles.  
“Ok, but where am I supposed to find this guy?” says Silver.  
“Come to my mansion, and I’ll explain more,” says Charles.  
So Silver goes to the X Mansion, and finds Charles Xavier.  
“So, who’s making the time machine?” says Silver.  
“A man named Kraus.  He’s using the time machine as a weapon,” says Charles.  
“And where is he now?” says Silver.
“In that building.  I can read his mind to know where he is,” says Charles.
“Okay, thanks,” says Silver.  And Silver goes to the building where Kraus is.  
“Ah, that’s it…I’m almost done with the time machine,” says Kraus.  
Silver comes to the room.
“Whatever you’re doing, it stops!” says Silver.
“It’s one of you!  Earth belongs to us humans.  With this time machine, I will correct the mistakes,” says Kraus.
“Listen, messing with time is too dangerous!” says Silver.  
“That’s a risk I will take,” says Kraus.
Silver uses his telekinesis to pull Kraus out of the building.  “It’s over!  You’re done!” says Silver.
Kraus tasers Silver and throws him in the time machine.  The time machine was turned on, and Silver was sent back to the future.
Silver was waking up.  “Where am I?” he thought to himself.  Then he saw the Rowdy Rough Boys.
“Ah, thank goodness!  Maybe they can help!” says Silver.  But suddenly, they attack Silver.  
“Looks like we’re going to destroy this place,” says Brick.
“Destroy?!  But, they’re reformed to good guys now!” says Silver.  The boys keep attacking Silver.  Suddenly, Wolverine appears and helps Silver.  
“You boys are in for it now!” says Wolverine.  
“Me and my boys will get you next time!” says Brick.  
“Just what’s going on?!” says Silver.
“Come with me,” says Wolverine.
The two go to Wolverine’s base, and Wolverine explains everything.  
“Missiles have come from the sky, and everything’s gone to Hell.  An organization known as Mech is invading Equestria and enslaving all the ponies.  Nightmare is using Soul Edge.  The Kids Next Door tried to stop him, but they all got wiped out. Gun is currently at war with Mobius.  Everyone has lost their minds,” says Wolverine.  
“I’ve gotta get back to the present to fix this now!” says Silver.
“There’s a time machine that might get you back to the present,” says Wolverine.
“Okay, so let’s go there,” says Silver.
“Hold on a minute, it’s being guarded by G.U.N.” says Wolverine.
“I guess it’s not going to be that easy,” says Silver. So the two go to the G.U.N. base where they meet Shadow the Hedgehog.
“Ah, Shadow, I’m so glad to see you,” says Silver.
“Get away from him!” says Wolverine.
Shadow force-choked Silver. “You are no match for the power of the Dark Side,” says Shadow, holding a red light-saber.
“He’s a Sith,” says Wolverine.
“How could you? You’re not evil,” says Silver.
“I crossed into darkness and now you will die,” says Shadow.
“Not going to happen, bub,” says Wolverine. Wolverine and Shadow begin to fight. Wolverine gets the upper hand but Shadow used his force-choke.
“Now you die,” says Shadow. But Silver used his telekinesis to throw Shadow into the window.
“Are you okay?” says Silver.
“Yeah, I’m fine. Let’s go to the time machine,” says Wolverine. The group goes to the time machine, but there’s a problem. “The power is out. We need to find a power supply to make this work.”
“And where do we find that?” says Silver.
“In Equestria,” says Wolverine. So the group goes to Equestria.
“This place looks like it has been ransacked,” says Silver.
They saw a pony hurt on the ground. They ran over to the injured pony.
“Hey, are you alright?” says Silver.
“It…happened…humans…have invaded Equestria. Celestia tried to stop them, but…they used weapons. It was…devastating,” says the pony.
“Where is she?” says Silver.
“On their base,” says the pony.
“Don’t worry, we’ll get her out,” says Wolverine.
“Thank…you...” says the pony. So the group goes to the Mech’s base and find Celestia in a machine that drains her powers.
“Celestia, are you okay?” says Silver.
“I’m…fine…Logan, you returned,” says Celestia.
“I wish I could have gotten here sooner,” says Wolverine. Silas walks into the room clapping.
“I’m impressed, you managed to find her, Wolverine. And I see you have a companion.”
“How did you conquer Equestia?” says Silver.
“With some help,” says Silas.
Suddenly, Megatron and the Decepticons show up.  
“It took you long enough,” says Silas.  
“I’ve been doing some business I had to take care of,” says Megatron.
“The Autobots never let you do this,” says Silver.
“Not if their leader is gone,” says Megatron, holding the Matrix of Leadership.
“No! It can’t be!” says Silver.
“Yes.  The Autobots are gone,” says Megatron.
“I’ve had it with this future!” says Silver.Using his telekinesis, Silver pushes Silas and Megatron away.  
“Get her to safety!” says Silver to Wolverine.  Wolverine picks up Celestia and leaves.  Silver is about to leave, but he is stopped by Thunder Cracker.
“Don’t do this, Thunder Cracker!” says Silver.
“How do you know my name?” says Thunder Cracker.  
“In my time, you actually saved me.  And deep inside, you know this is wrong!” says Silver.
“Destroy this vermin!” orders Megatron.
Thunder Cracker attacks Silver.
“You’re not a killer!” says Silver.
“Sorry.  I had to do this,” says Thunder Cracker.  Thunder Cracker transforms into a jet and tries to blast Silver with missiles, but Silver uses telekinesis to block, and throws back the missiles.  Thunder Cracker was falling to the ground.  
“Sorry, I’ll fix this, I promise you that,” says Silver.  
“What is that hedgehog talking about?” says Thunder Cracker.  
Silver reunited with Wolverine and Celestia.  
“We have this time machine, but it’s not working.  We need a power supply,” says Silver.  
“I will use my magic to charge the machine,” says Celestia.
“In your condition, it will kill you,” says Wolverine.
“I have no choice…for a better future, I have to do this,” says Celestia.
Celestia uses her magic to charge the time machine.  
“It’s working,” says Silver.
Suddenly, M.E.C.H. and the Decepticons appear.
“Go to the time machine!  We’ll stop them!” says Wolverine.
Silver goes to the time machine.
In the present, Kraus is proud of himself for designing the time machine.
“At last!  The time machine has worked!  Now, all I need is to put these missiles in the past so I can destroy my enemies,” says Kraus.  
Suddenly, a time portal was opened and Silver came through the time portal.
“You again?! How did you get back here?!” says Kraus.
Silver grabs Kraus and shows him the future through the time portal.  
“Look at this!  Look around you!  This is the future that you made!” says Silver.  
“This is…this can’t be…the true future…” says Kraus.
“It is the true future, because you put those missiles.  All these worlds have suffered,” says Silver.
“No!  This is a lie…this is a trick!  Just to put us humans down!” says Kraus.
“Why are you so obsessed with changing the past?” says Silver.
“Ever since we discovered Mobius, people, including myself, began wondering if they could be trusted.  In time, non-humans started coming to Earth.  The Street Sharks; Star Fox; the Autobots…they started helping people.  But, I knew they were a threat.  To destroy them, you need to get rid of the roots.  That’s why I created this time machine,” says Kraus.
“That’s exactly why the Cornerian Army has come to Earth!  Because you keep attacking other worlds!” says Silver.
“It’s either us or them, and it will be us humans!” says Kraus.  Kraus tries to taser Silver, but Silver uses telekinesis to stop him.  
“I won’t let you destroy the past!” says Silver, using telekinesis to break the machine apart.  
“No, not with all my hard work…” says Kraus.
“It’s over.  I’m taking you to the police,” says Silver.
So, the police come.  Silver saw the police take Kraus away.
“Are you going to let those freaks take me away?” says Kraus.
“No.  You’re going to finish your work,” say the police.  
Silver is walking to the street.  “I wonder if the future is really safe,” says Silver.  Silver goes to the police station, trying to find Kraus.  Silver goes to the police and asks, “Is there a person named Kraus?”
“Who is he?” says the police.  
“The guy you just arrested,” says Silver.
“We haven’t confirmed if he was arrested or not,” say the police.  
“Then that means…those police men who arrested him weren’t policemen at all!” says Silver.
Meanwhile, in a military base, Kraus is making a new time machine.  “That hedgehog thinks it’s over…well, I made a bigger and more powerful time machine!  With this time machine, I will destroy other worlds in time, until only Earth remains with us humans in it,” says Kraus.
Meanwhile, Silver is trying to figure out where Kraus is.  “I need to find out where he is!” says Silver.
“I think I know where he is,” says Raiden.
“Do you know where he is?” says Silver.
“He’s on a military base.  And I think I know which one it is,” says Raiden.
“Can you show me where the base is?” says Silver.
“Yeah.  Follow me,” says Raiden.
So, the two go to the base.  Kraus saw the two on the camera.  “It’s that hedgehog again!  And he brought Jack the Ripper?!”
Kraus sent robots to attack them.  
“Go!  I’ll put an end to this.  I’ll stall them,” says Raiden.
“Good luck!  And thanks!” says Silver.
Silver goes to the military base to see where Kraus is.  
“Kraus!  This has gone far enough!” says Silver.
“It’s not far enough!” says Kraus.
“Listen, you can’t just attack them, just because they’re different!  Do you not remember the future you just saw?!” says Silver.
“Lies!  All lies!  I know what I have to do.  And if that means putting all of humanity in danger, so be it!” says Kraus.  And with that, Kraus opened the time portal, but something came out of it: a monster, trapped in time.  The monster is ripping the sky, causing a black hole.  
“What is that thing?!” says Kraus.
“I think that thing comes from the time machine!” says Silver.
The monster grabs Kraus, and squeezes him, and throws him into the black hole.  The black hole is ripping Kraus’s body until there is nothing.  The monster goes to Silver.  And with that, Silver fights the monster.  Silver uses telekinesis to throw objects at the monster, and Silver uses telekinesis to throw the monster to the ground.  Silver was on his knees.  
“Is it over?” says Silver.  The monster was getting up.  Silver looks at the time machine.  “I just hope this works…” Silver charged at the monster, and pushes him to the time machine.  “Back you go, you monster!”
The time machine was sucking the black holes, and Silver uses his telekinesis to push the monster in.  “Go back where you came from!” says Silver.  The monster is in the portal.  Suddenly, the time machine exploded.  Silver was hit by the blast.  Silver was on the ground, but quickly gets up.  
The next night, Silver was meeting Thunder Cracker.
“Oh, Silver!  You’re back!” says Thunder Cracker.  
“I’m glad to see you again.  Say, how are the Rowdy Rough Boys?  And Shadow?” asks Silver.
“The boys are doing great, and so is Shadow.  So, why do you ask?” says Thunder Cracker.
“Uh…oh, it’s nothing.  I’m just glad everything is back to normal,” says Silver.
Raiden shows up.  
“Thank you for helping me,” says Silver.  
“Don’t mention it.  I’m just on a mission to catch that guy,” says Raiden.
“I wonder if the future will ever be safe.  First, the War of the Sexes, then Death Battle…will it ever end?” says Silver.  
“No, it won’t.  Because there’s always something or someone who causes trouble,” says Raiden.
“Well, I hope we meet again,” says Silver.  
“Well, the same goes for me,” says Raiden.
With that, Raiden leaves.
“Say, that was the hero of Cybertron!” says Thunder Cracker.  
“You mean he came to save the planet?” says Silver.
“Yep, at least that’s what I heard,” says Thunder Cracker.  
“Well, goodbye,” says Silver.
“Well, goodbye, too,” says Thunder Cracker.
Silver flies off.  While flying, Silver was wondering something.  “Maybe I can’t protect the future…but the present, here and now, with all my friends, I will protect this world,” says Silver.
